Product Description
This Canada Goose parka entered service in the year 2000 and features the older CA Goose logo, which is similar to the vintage Snow Goose logo. Something odd about this parka was the small sphere that was sewn into the lining. We had our refurbishment team remove it, and it proved to be a round, hard, sphere that was dark in color. We have no idea why it was sewn into the coat itself. We’ve tucked this object into one of the parka’s pockets so that the eventual buyer can make their own theories!
There is a small, very subtle repair on the back and hood seam of the parka, and some small ink stains on the front and sleeves. Overall, the parka shows mild to moderate fading.
The refurbishment of this parka includes (but is not limited to):
- Rip repair
- Drawstring replacement
- Cuff replacement
Did you know that each Big Red used by the USAP program has a serial number written on the inside flap of one of the pockets? This serial number, used to help the program keep track of their gear, usually includes the parka size and the year it entered service.
This parka’s USAP serial number is: 00M115
